Casa Stefy ( CIR 023045-Loc-00585) has been renovated during spring 2020. It is located in the historic center of Cassone about 3.5 km from Malcesine, in a quiet location surrounded by greenery. The house has two bedrooms, a large bathroom, a kitchen and a living room with dining corner, a balcony with lake view, a large covered terrace with table, chairs and awning and a beautiful garden. The house is about 300 meters away from the lake, 50 meters from the bus station and 50 meters from a small grocery store.
I offer private parking with automatic gate for one parking space only 150 meters from the house.
It is a house suitable for families, couples of friends and sport lovers. To reach the house there are approx. 50 meters downhill, the road being a historic center is cobbled. The house is large and bright enough and is located in the historic center of Cassone, reachable from two entrances: one in Via San Carlo 17 and the other that flanks the main church of Cassone. To relax there is a large garden that runs along the valley whose waters flow into the Aril, the shortest river in Europe.

Other information
The tourist tax of € 1.00 per person per day from 14 years of age and the final cleaning costs of € 55.00 are not included in the price. They can be paid in cash on the day of departure.
I would like to point out to future guests that there are other houses near Casa Stefy so I ask customers to respect the silence from 13.00 to 15.00 and from 23.30 onwards.
